What we do

VendorSpoke starts with dispatch: post work as a reverse auction, a sealed-bid silent auction, first-come-first-served, or a direct assignment — or route it to your own internal team first with automatic fallover to the vendor network. From there it runs the whole job: projects with fixed-price, cost-plus, T&M, CPFF, and GMP contract types; estimates with e-signature approval; schedules with phases and dependencies; change orders, RFIs, daily logs, and photo documentation.

The money side is built in, not bolted on. Owner invoicing follows your billing model, vendor bills flow through approvals, and purchase orders, deposits, cost codes, and budget-vs-actual tracking keep every dollar accounted for. Pricing intelligence built from your own history shows what a job should cost before you commit, and the Heartbeat dashboard tells you what's actually safe to pocket.

Clients get a branded portal to approve estimates and change orders, follow live project financials, and message your team. Vendors get their own portal — bid feed, job check-in, photo requirements, and full payment visibility — with compliance document tracking and expiration reminders handled automatically.
